About Prasac
Prasac or pig, is located near the parliament and historical building in the upper part of the city. Hiding in a side street, with a hidden entrance, it is a hidden gem that must be discovered.
The restaurant seats only 18 people, so the experience is very intimate. The owner/chef, Dino Galvagno, lives for food. Every dish is made in-house, including the bread and pasta, which made daily. The menu is put together every morning, after Dino has been to the market to buy the ingredients, so the menu changes daily. The wine list a impressive too and wines by the glass are reasonable.
Prasac will impress and you will go back, but book at least a week in advance!
